FINANCING

MTC will ship products or equipment to you or your buyers ONLY after receiving US dollars wired to the MTC Export Payments bank account. We are very reliable and honest. We work hard to make sure that all your specifications are met prior to shipment. However, we do NOT extend credit.

Within 10 days or less of receiving your payment, the products you have selected will be shipped to a mutually agreed port. If food processing equipment or other manufactured products are being purchased, the shipping dates will be as contracted with you and depend on how long it takes to manufacture the equipment.

For purchases over $250,000USD, MTC will help you find and get approval for an Irrevocable Letter of Credit which is verified by an American or European bank. The banks still require that you have the US dollars on deposit in a verified bank account, but the funds will not be released to MTC until the equipment is on board the airplane or ship which is headed to a mutually agreed port. In some cases, MTC and the banks will require a 25% to 50% hard currency payment in advance with the balance of US dollars to be paid when your order is ready to be shipped.

For large food processing or equipment installations, MTC has arranged long term financing with International banks. These loans for $1 million to $15 million USD have a minimum of 15% cash down payment with low interest and usually 3 to 5 year repayment. If you or your company can qualify for such a loan, please feel free to ask about more details. The banks will require a business plan with repayment cash flow projections and current financial data on the buyer before approving these loans.

In some cases, MTC will also help your company write a business plan to present to a bank for financing. We can provide the pre-engineering site analysis, cost estimates and computer software to help make the financial projections necessary to qualify for the loan.
