TRANSPORTATION & INSURANCE

MTC will assist you in arranging shipping for your cargo via airplane, ship, truck and/or train. However, we do not clear your products through Customs in any country other than the USA. Cargo insurance is purchased for all shipments to protect your investment to the Port-of-Entry. In some cases, you can purchase insurance through MTC to protect your investment all the way to your warehouse.

You tell us which Ports-of-Entry are most convenient for you to receive the products you need, and we will arrange transportation to get the products there as quickly as possible.

To minimize your expense and secure the shipment, we often consolidate all your products to arrive at the same time and port-of-entry. To hold down your costs, we may recommend various forms of transportation.

You will be kept informed of the arrival details. Shipping documents are FAXed, e-Mailed and/or sent by Special Courier to you in advance.

When you ship products from your country which MTC has purchased, we would appreciate your assistance as well in getting the raw materials or products to a port which is mutually convenient. In some cases, longer runways or deeper harbors are required given the size and weight of the cargo.

All transportation and insurance costs are paid by the buyer and are included in the agreed purchase price. MTC will assist you and keep you informed of the progress of your shipment.
