For example, MTC has designed a complete turn-key project to mill 60MT of wheat into 45MT of flour each day. The equipment is carefully engineered to include a grain receiving area with augers, grain cleaning, grain drying, grain storage, flour milling, and flour storing equipment. Pre-manufactured buildings for the flour mill and flour storage are also included. A pasta line with modern packaging equipment for 12MT of short-cut macaroni pasta per day can be included in this project. The rest of the flour may be made into bread, baked products or sold. The 15MT of wheat byproducts each day can be sold as animal feed for extra income.

These MTC flour mill and pasta projects can be done in stages. They are ideal for rural areas since the flour mill is installed in a one level building and only requires two or three people to operate. The flour output can be increased to 90MTPD or 135MTPD by purchasing additional modules. Likewise, the pasta production and packaging line can be doubled or tripled in size to stay up with market demand for your products.

MTC will also help coordinate the purchase and installation of 125 Metric Ton per day soybean processing plants. They will produce 20MTPD of soy oil to be bottled. The soy meal can be fed to livestock or extruded to produce 93MTPD of Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) to add to meat products. The remaining 12MTPD is sold as animal feed. The equipment for these soy processing plants are from American manufacturers with years of experience in international markets. Installation supervision and operator training is included in the price of each MTC coordinated project.

Since MTC does not represent any specific manufacturer, we are able to get bids from various quality firms which will meet your food processing requirements. This assures you of lower prices and quality equipment. Also, MTC only purchases from reputable manufacturers who have experience serving international customers.

The USED food processing equipment supplied by MTC is an excellent buy. This equipment comes from American or European processors which are upgrading their facilities. However the components still have many years of service at 1/2 to 1/3rd of the new price. So, please let us know if you want to consider used equipment for specific projects.

In most cases, you will need to have an engineered design completed by professionals in your country. However, MTC can also provide experienced, American food processing engineers under contract to be paid by you or your buyer to design a facility to meet your needs. That way, you can be assured that the equipment and costs are accurate and ready for financing.
